Founding Partner. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław, postgraduate studies at Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at the University of Ottawa and a business law course at Algonquin College in Ottawa. Legal counsel entered into the roll of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wrocław.

She specialises in legal service of investments in the infrastructure of the energy sector. She participates in creating concepts of legal projects financed from the Community funds. She works on investment, restructuring and acquisition projects for private entities and for entities from the public finance sector. She speaks English fluently, which also enables her to meet expectations of foreign investors.

Since 2013, she has been the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Finland in Wrocław.

She loves animals. She actively supports animal shelters.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw, she completed postgraduate studies in foreign trade at the University of Economics. 

Associated with the CWW Law Firm since its inception. From 1993 to 2003 she worked within the structures of Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń EUROPA S.A., starting as a lawyer in the legal department, then as director of the legal department, proxy and member of the management board of this company and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie EUROPA S.A.. 

She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to many business entities, including corporate law, labor law, civil law, public procurement and the use of public funds, including EU funds . She took part in privatization processes, starting in 1996. She has provided and continues to provide legal services for the awarding of contracts and the implementation of infrastructure investments, mainly in the energy sector. She has repeatedly represented contracting authorities and contractors before the National Board of Appeals.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Białystok and LLM Studies at the University of Bochum. He completed a course of energy and geological law at Institut für Berg- und Energierecht; he is a doctoral student at Freie-Universität in Berlin. Legal counsel entered into the roll of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wrocław.

He provides advice in investment processes connected with the construction of power plants, heating plants and combined heat and power plants. He is involved in negotiations connected with gas trading.  He participates in projects connected with investments in the wind power industry. He performs due diligence processes of power industry companies.

He is passionate about sailing and football.

Łukasz Dziewoński is a general partner in the CWW Law Office, a counselor-at-law specializing in comprehensive business services, with particular emphasis on M&A and real estate investments. Graduate of the Administration, Law and Economics Faculty of the University of Wrocław.

Has extensive experience in establishing companies as well as mergers and acquisitions. Main areas include: commercial and business law, real estate law, procedural law.

As part of provided legal counsel he supports Clients by combining aspects of law with business. He has extensive and long professional experience in working with large international corporations.

At the Firm, she deals with verification of documents in terms of formal and accounting, issuing and posting of sales invoices, posting of purchase invoices, bank statements, preparation of payments and entering into the banking system, confirmation and reconciliation of balances with contractors.
