We usually commence a legal support for an investment by developing a business model, e.g. relating to terms and condition of cooperation between investors, or the application and/or waiving of application of specific legal provisions.
We are also present during tender proceedings, negotiations with contractors, determination of terms and conditions of agreements as well as their performance. We feel a part of the project team and this is how our clients treat us.
We have experience on both sides, both as the contracting authority as well as contractors.
We cooperate with public entities and private investors, as well as provide counsel on projects being performed as part of a public-private partnership (PPP).
